Carlo pays tribute to the Italian roots of its founder, tailor Carlo Honnel, who came from northern Italy. You can have lunch here on weekdays, even if you’re not a guest. Fresh pasta, wood-fired pizzas, carefully prepared fish and meat dishes, and a selection of wines. Mangia bene, vivi meglio.

The Aperitivo, a Milanese ritual
Every evening of the week, the bar at Maison Honnel comes alive around the Aperitivo, this Milanese ritual that Carlo would have practiced in his lifetime. Starting at 6 pm, time stands still: crafted cocktails, amber light, carefully thought-out cold selection.
A generous space, designed to welcome both residents and locals from the neighborhood. The Aperitivo at Maison Honnel is not an event, it's an invitation to slow down.
The lounge you only find when searching for it
The most confidential lounge of Maison Honnel. Private table for up to six people, dim lighting, library: a space designed for business meals that require calm, intimate dinners, and conversations not held in ordinary restaurants. The Wine Room is not improvised, reservation required.
